Have the attacks only been a relatively recent phenomenon?

I am neither a rusophile nor rusophobe, but what is the one thing that has changed recently? We’ve had the war in Ukraine in the last year, including attacks both ways on their energy sectors.

But they seem rather ineffective so far at creating any massive outages, so Russian’s or whomever, they have failed.

In fact, if they keep failing, but stirring the pot, they may just become responsible for causing improvements to our grid.

We have decades of work on our electrical infrastructure in “the pipeline”.

Tons of work, unrealistic timelines and goals, undermanned and old...
