Did you read the entire UncoverDC article about the Brunson case? Very convincing, and I don’t have a legal mind; you’d understand it better than I did.
Haven't had the chance yet, but have bookmarked it for when I have sufficient time.
I think that, on its face, the outcome of that case doesn't look very promising. But I also think it's important to see it through until there's a definite "yes" or "no" given by SCOTUS. Then we'll know what steps to take next.
