The reality is, that Scott Ritter has no credibility whatsoever, as he has been wrong on so very many levels.

Facts are Russia is asking for diplomatic talks.

Russia may have more artillery pieces but they are almost out of Russian/Soviet artillery and using North Korean.

Russia is picking men of the street to send to Ukraine.

Ukraine has no need to Shanghai Ukrainians.

Ukraine is getting a fresh package of weapons from the United States.
