This has happened to me. Check under the fundraising bar. Make sure that the “Articles” tab is highlighted.

Highlighting that tab fixes things for me. But of course there could be a dozen other reasons.

Because sometimes there is a lag between sending a post and the screen refreshing, a poster may hit ‘send’ two or more times to be sure their message went through. I try to wait a long moment before deciding to resend a message if I’m sure I hit ‘send’ already.
