They’re built that way on purpose.....LOL
They also have no problem going thru fairly deep water and swamps at about the same speed. An 1800lb bull moose is nothing to mess with.

Mamas with little ones are no picnic either. The problem with a moose is, it acts like it doesn’t care right up until it decides you need to be stomped into mush.
