I, personally, am grateful for GP. Thanks for posting this. I haven’t been able to stay completely up to date; but read several commentaries that yesterday’s portion was extremely powerful. Is there more testimony or are they done? What happens next? Does anyone think the judge will call for a new election? If not that, what other recourse is there?
No, and none.
There really is no legal remedy for a new election that any judge will order.
The best case for Lake is that she exposes everything she can in court, get the suppression acknowledged by the judge, take her case to the people of Arizona (and the nation), and attempt to recall/replace Hobbs immediately.
