300 days of war!
Week in review:
Unfortunately, this week did not pass without a scary message. A friend lost her husband in the fighting in Bakhmut, two more Ukrainian girls have to grow up without a father because of this insanity. Also this week, after a new mass missile attack, our headquarters were again without power for two days. But the work continues anyway, because in Ukraine there may be no power, but there is NEVER darkness.
God’s light of love and hope, which we will celebrate in the coming days with Christmas, burns brighter than ever in thousands of undefeated hearts in our team, which continues to be active and selflessly deployed every day. And God opens doors: World Food Programs, thanks to which we distribute 300,000 food packages monthly in the Donetsk region, have expanded support to other areas.
We have received resources to equip 30 more centers for internal refugees. And we’re preparing Christmas parties in 7 different cities in a war zone for over 3000 children. Many thanks for all the support!
300 days of war, but we made it through the first threshold towards spring. From today the days are getting longer again, the darkness has already begun to soften. 68 more days until spring begins.
