Twitter Censorship Files DropSo beautiful and fluffy…but couldn’t use it for my horses because they would eat it and it can cause a colic. One of my mares (who was very clever) learned that if she got her head under it and threw it up in the air, she could “sift” it and all the oat grains would fall to the floor. I came into the barn one morning after having put all new straw bedding in the day before, and she had thrown the straw all into the corner, stacked over her water bucket, out into the aisle…and she was standing on cold hardpack floor, fat and covered with straw.
Now that would have been a funny sight.
