Windows key + Shift + S will bring up a screen shot cursor. The screen will go a little dark. Click and drag the rectangle around what you want to capture. It puts that capture on the clipboard and you can paste into your favorite image editor or paste directly into your social media posts.

If you want an image copied of your entire viewing area just hit the “PS” or “PRT SCR” (Print Screen) key on your keyboard.

If you want to capture just the the window you are working in hit Alt + PS.
