Electricity was turned back on for 6 million people in the last 24 hours and more expected by mid week.

Well, as you just said - the only thing the Russian army is capable of doing is hitting Ukrainian civilian infrastructure... but against the Ukrainian military, they seem to be losing ground steadily!
They have lost 1500 tanks already, losing about 10 per day. The Russian army is depleting itself in its quest of invading and annexing sovereign nations. Thats what communist Soviet Union always did, and it’s being continued by the same Kremlinists today.
Ukrainian forces are very effective in defending their homes, families and country against the world’s first nuclear power. Many deaths on the Ukrainian side too unfortunately.
