The truth is that Putin has been very successful in reducing abortions in Russia during his 20 year rule.

Thanks for the stats - they confirm my suspicions. And there are a seemingly increasing number of Freepers who lie about a whole lot of stuff. I suspect some of them are deliberate disinformation agents, while others are just easily-duped curmudgeons still living in the USA of 50 years ago in their heads, and no amount of correct information will get them to see the light.
