Ukraine is more religious than Russia and less corrupt, so those would be pretty stupid reasons to wage war on Ukraine.

While I am sure there are many wonderful Ukrainians, the puppet government that our CIA (and their intelligence friends) apparently installed in Ukraine in 2014 is most certainly not wonderful, and is most definitely not less corrupt than Russia. And Russia does not appear to be waging war in Ukraine against Ukrainians per se, but against the anti-Russian neo Nazis, and the governmental puppet masters, which is to say, against the USA and NATO influence.

There has been two free and fair elections in Ukraine since you're 'coup'. If you're concerned about free elections supporting Putin's invasion and subsequent tyranny in occupied parts of Ukraine is a weird way of showing it.

In every world corruption ranking, Russia is rated as being more corrupt, not surprising as it is a less free country. The rot is seen in the ineptness of the Russian military.
