I watch a lot of “First 48: which follows homicide cops and films live.

“Why did you shoot Homie?”
1) **He dissed me**. Clearly, this is a Capital offense in the Black urban culture.

2) Another popular reason **He mean mugged me**
I take that that to translate to a ‘dirty look’ - and for that, you get shot.

I am baffled past writing it all off to zero impulse control or never emotionally growing up past 5 years old....

Last time I was in Hotlanta, the truck I was in got shot at for the crime of driving while white.
Yeah, glad to live in the frozen Northland - but it is getting to be that bad here with the import of gang-bangers from California....
