But wait, 15% of murders are committed by "race unknown" because nobody ever gets arrested.
In Chicago, the majority of murders are committed by "race unknown" and against black victims.
You can fairly assume that of the 15% "race unknown" perps, black males are probably 95% of them.
So now we're looking at about 75% of all murders in the U.S. committed by young black males.
