1. To hurt an innocent baby, to subject this child's mother to the unspeakable trauma of losing her miracle, to be so cruel and narcissistic that he would harm such an innocent soul likely because they were crying (which at that age is ALWAYS because of hunger, diaper, or true pain)... I would love to have a public stoning execution. I would fly there to have the chance to throw a rock!
2. It is because of people like him that innocent loving people are automatically treated like criminals when they lose their child. Despite the statistics of abuse being much less likely, stories like these are so tragic that it's always the assumption. Again I would auction my home, take loans, and beg for funding on a crowd sourcing site just to have the chance to participate in this man's stoning!

I WAS A VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTER AND EMT FOR OVER 25 YEARS. ABOUT TWENTY YEARS AGO WE RESPONDED TO A MED CALL IN THE EARLY MORNING FOR AN UNRESPONSIVE INFANT. I WENT STRAIGHT TO THE SCENE WITH MY MED GEAR AND THE RESCUE TRUCK GOT THERE MAYBE 10 MINUTES AFTER ME. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I’VE EVER HAD. SIDS INFANT A FEW MONTHS OLD, PARENTS JUST SHORT OF INSANE WITH GRIEF AND BLIND HOPE, AND A NY STATE TROOPER COMES IN AND STARTS INVESTIGATING FOR CHILD ABUSE!!!
NOW, IN NYS, THE EMTS ARE THE HIGHEST RANKING AUTHORITY AT A MEDICAL EMERGENCY UNTIL A HIGHER TRAINED PERSON (DR.) TAKES CHARGE. COPS DO NOT CONTROL THE SCENE (AT LEAST THAT’S HOW IT WAS THEN). WE THREW THIS MORON SOB OUT OF THE HOUSE, BUT HE HAD, IN 30 SECONDS, REDUCED THE MOTHER TO AN INCOHERENT HYSTERICAL WRECK, AND MADE EVERYTHING UNBELIEVABLY WORSE FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED, ESPECIALLY THAT HEARTBROKEN MOTHER.
I DON’T THINK HE EVER PAID A PRICE!
