Qaz123:Does he or the author mention the failure of the windmills?

Windmills failed because Texas did not winterize them. They are working fine up in much colder Minnesota who did winterize them.

Here is why Texas has blackouts. Eror upon error upon error topped off with bad decisionns.

Interesting article. Thanks.

Error upon error upon error topped off with bad decisionns.... From my take on the article, company leadership not wanting to spend the money and keep it for themselves and any investors. Worry about the bad stuff when it happens.

I guess that applies, not only to protect against weather extremes, but also hacking a computer system to shut down a pipeline.
