My theory is that you drill a really deep hole on mars and drop a big nuke down it. Set it off and Mars warms up and becomes a tropical paradise.
We would need to get Ice Pirates that would travel to the asteroid belt bring back yuge Ice Asteroids and drop them to the surface of Mars in order to provide water and atmosphere.
