Senior Pentagon officials relayed this to reporters Friday in a briefing to highlight the broad review headed by the new All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) working with other federal agencies to review unidentified aerial phenomena incidents. Unidentified anomalous phenomena or UAP's is the new term for UAP's and has itself gone a name change as it is no longer limited to aerial phenomena.
UFO enthusiasts have been waiting since Oct. 31 for a long delayed first annual update by the Director of National Intelligence to their 2020 report that could explain only one of the 144 incidents it reviewed.
Moultrie said that from now on UAP no longer stands for unidentified aerial phenomena, but now refers to unidentified anomalous phenomena, because they're no longer just limiting themselves to reviewing incidents in the skies.

They are top secret craft flown by the US. Whenever the gov’t releases top secret craft information it is usually 25 years or longer after they were first developed. Look what stealth echnology was devloped back in the early 70’s.
If aliens were on Earth tens of thousands of people would have been in the loop over the the last 70 years. From the highest person to the lowliest security guard. No one has spilled the beans? No one has come out with credible alien info yet.
And all the government can do is change names and terms. Unidentified anomalous phenomena? lol...
saxxonwoods: My pet theory is these things are life forms, not metal containers for life forms.
That is what Neils DeGrasse Tyson believes-animal life from below the Artic or Antaric and with humans invading their turf they are coming up to the surface.
Well they just forgot to check their files. Should have looked between B for Bigfoot and W for Werewolves.
😂
I think they are clearly of Lichtenstein origin. We know they are not Russian or Chinese, because either nation would hesitate to use them to establish worldwide tyranny.
neither
But can you really expect a Pentagon UFO investigation that was started by aliens to find evidence of that?
The simplest answer is we don't know.
“No one has come out with credible alien info yet.”
Your definition of “credible” may be the issue here.
I find the data very credible.
It is in the eye of the beholder.

No visuals on the tictacs, just the “new” radar painting them.
Perhaps something to do with what the new radar was reporting.
Its either aliens/angels/demons or human technology/activity.
I vote for human technology. I think we have mastered anti-gravity propulsion and its all under super secret program.
cbgb:I find the data very credible.
What I mean by credible is an alien body, clothing, spacecraft, technology.. Nothing zip nada.
There was a book published decades ago that claimed the same thing - “Sky Creatures: Living UFOs”; Trevor James Constable, 1976; Pocket Books via Confucian Press.
Read John Keel. He was clued in.
Jacques Vallee, too.
Did decades ago - all of this is not new.
I read a hypothesis floated around just a few months ago that these UAP are not from another world because of the great distances involved and suggested that these are either:
1) From Another Dimension or...
2) From the future of Earth.
Okay... a cowboy preacher I used to listen to when working up in northern Rockies and along the Platte river floated the possibility of these being manifestations of the devil and his minions.
My sister and I saw some glowing disks buzzing around in a large strato cumulus 60+ years ago... she remembers it vividly but I was probably 5 at the time and while I remembered it, it wasn’t as vivid as her recollection.
Thanks, interesting input.
“an alien body, clothing, spacecraft, technology.. Nothing zip nada.”
You need to refine your view a bit further.
Presumably you have never experienced these things.
However, to say that such claims are not credible you need to not believe those who say they have experienced those things.
That (hopefully) means you have given their experiences/views a fair hearing.
Check out the links I have given earlier in the thread.
There are many things we can find “credible” that we have not personally experienced.
“Did decades ago - all of this is not new.”
True. I wonder how far down the rabbit hole this AARO outfit will go.
