So how does a grenade ‘launcher’ blow up? Maybe if a round was left loaded in it like an m79, but if it was an rpg the grenade is external to the launcher. Just puzzling wording. If no one hurt it had to have been a small grenade like an m79 and blew up behind something that absorbed the blast/shrapnel. Guaranteed that hearing loss and tinnitus is going great guns with the folks that were in that office.
