That Toyota will be more reliable than any Chrysler product. It should last the rest of your life...that is if the government still allows the sale of gasoline.
Don't know about that. We've got a 2004 Dodge Dakota with the 4.7 V8 that we bought in 2007 with about 105,000 miles on it. It now has 310,000 miles on it, plus another 90,000+ being dragged around behind our motorcoach.
Now I will say that at about 295,000 miles #7 cylinder gave up the ghost and dropped to about 20psi, while all the others are still up at 120+.
It still runs great, and will do 75-80 on the Interstate with no problems. It smokes a little, and uses a quart of oil every two weeks or so.
We keep it as a back-up vehicle for our Jeep Liberty, which has the same engine in it, but the 6 cyl. version.
