I’ve read where newer tests showed 5,000 upto 10,000 iu/day is OK. See my post#12 too. Was pondering if you do take too much Vit D will it have some same symptoms as sunburn?

Excess vitamin d reduces vitamin k and gamma tocopherol.

If vitamin k is low, the body doesn’t repair teeth.

There are more people with heart disease among people with low gamma tocooherol.

Excess vitamin d causes excess calcium, low potassium, and muscle loss. If you have excess calcium you become thirsty after drinking milk and there might be calcium and white spots on your tongue.
