What ... was this thing outside? I would assume that this aquarium would be indoors since it housed tropical fish. I would also assume that the building would be heated to 72 degrees or higher for tropical fish, not to mention heating the water.
Or were they ordered to turn the temp down in the building (or off) during the night time?
