Legally tracking his private plane is IMO appropriate for a massive “climate change” hypocrite like Musk

Its reporting in 'real' time Musk locations which are not necessary if you want to point out climate change hypocrisy.

So the journalists say: He hates free speech!
But hey, twitter is a private company, they told us. They can suspend and kick off anyone they want, without cause, they told us. Nothing is so bitter as the taste of one's own words.

Limiting Aircraft Data Displayed (LADD)

The FAA allows owners/operators of private aircraft to prevent their flight information from being displayed.

Why wouldn’t he do this?

Just by happenstance the issue with his son comes up - and dovetails perfectly with the flight information issue. It couldn’t have been planned better.

Don’t his children have security details?

Elon did that. But the kid tracking him found a computer workaround to it.

So it’s true doxxing and they said his exact location putting his child in danger.

So someone’s gonna come shoot his plane out of the sky? I don’t think that website is that accurate.

Elon did that. But the kid tracking him found a computer workaround to it.

What type of “computer workaround?” No article I see mentions this. Sweeney created ElonJet - a bot account, which automatically retrieved and published flight information that was in the public domain.

Elon Musk threatens legal action against college kid whose account tracked his jet

Sweeney ran similar “bot” accounts tracking other celebrities' airplanes. For hours after the suspension of the @elonjet account, other Sweeney-run accounts tracking private jets used by Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg and various Russian oligarchs were still live on Twitter.

But by later Wednesday, Twitter suspended all of them, including Sweeney's personal account. He also operates accounts tracking Musk’s jet on rival social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Sweeney’s motivation in tracking celebrity flight info is that they all are on board with climate change nonsense yet they burn jet fuel like it’s water.

Seriously, if you have a link to specific info about Sweeney doing something illegal, I’d love to see it. If Sweeney breaks the law in all this, then federal authorities would be involved.

Look for proposed legislation in the coming months that either:

1 - makes it illegal to republish flight data (on the web/social media), public domain or not; OR

2 - puts new restrictions on the publication of flight data

The cabal isn’t happy that it’s member’s activities can be tracked by those beneath them. It’s only supposed to go in one direction - they track us.

Media gaslighting continues. It’s turned from a-holes doxxing and putting people in danger into “silencing journalists”.

No article mentions it because you’re relying on the fake news media industrial complex to do what?

Report facts?

They exist solely to advance “The Narrative.” The Narrative is the false story that is coordinated by Demonrat media (news and ‘late night talk shows’ and even fiction stories where they weave The Narrative into the story).

If we had any real press, they’d report this:

Scott Wainner
@scottwww

Elon uses the FAA PIA privacy program for a private plane ID. When using a PIA address, the owner is anon and private, not public. Sweeney’s workaround is (likely) to spot a (rare) ICAO plane resembling Musk’s & noting the private code.
@elonmusk
@FAANews

Jack Sweeney
@JxckSweeney Yeah so the PIA ICAO can be changed monthly if chosen to do so but even then, it’s relatively easy to identify I’m confident I can write software to
identify it actually.

I’ll admit you have a point about the flights being public records.

But tracking his car (and no idea how they did that) seems like stalking and cyberstalking.

But Twitter is a private company. Elon, as owner, can do whatever he wants.

Those who complain can go create their own platform.

And LEARN TO CODE.

(mic drop!)

So someone’s gonna come shoot his plane out of the sky?

Or find him at the airport.

Sweeney’s motivation in tracking celebrity flight info is that they all are on board with climate change nonsense yet they burn jet fuel like it’s water.

So how come he won't publish the info one day later? Real time info, invites every wacko across the country, and that's the objective-harassment/threat.

Don’t know...we’d have to ask Sweeney. Publishing real time flight data isn’t illegal. And I think that might be the ultimate purpose of all this.

Average people don’t sympathize with billionaires.

As far as Elon’s son, how did the children of other billionaires, like Gates, Zuckerberg, Bezos - all get a pass? Maybe because they had tight security. None of the articles mention any kind of security detail for the Musk child. Who was he traveling with?

No its not illegal, just banned on twitter. Posting real time info on Musk or family has ONLY one purpose, to harass/threaten.

Agree. What’s objectionable is him portraying it - and himself - as bastions of free speech and openness. The Twitter Rules haven’t really changed; in some areas they are more restrictive (not referring to the flight data flap).

He wants it both ways. Attacking wokeism is a Tweet last week, while at the same time the Twitter Rules are all about wokeism. Nobody calls him on it.

Musk’s career has spanned decades and is easily researched. Yet most people have tagged him now as opposing censorship, but his life’s work is much more in line with the globalist agenda - and they don’t believe in free speech.

Doesn’t the toddler son of the world’s richest man deserve a security detail? News accounts do not indicate who the child was traveling with.

Nothing about this makes sense.

Thus far Elon’s reign has been a big win for us.

1. He exposed DOJ etc. working with and even taking over functions of Twitter to curb free speech.

2. DOJ etc. acting to sway elections within the United States.

3. DOJ etc. suppressing stories.

Likely just the beginning of our ‘wins’ from his taking over.

Let him ban some fake news journalists. They celebrated Trump being kicked off the platform, as well as conservative journalists.

They have some suffering coming their way.

I understand what you’re saying, but that’s a very narrow window into the decades-old career of Musk.

So everybody should disregard his openly stated beliefs and goals: global government; transhumanism and human enhancement (implanting microchips in healthy people); sustainable energy - needed due to climate change; universal basic income?

I haven’t read anywhere that Musk has disavowed his beliefs.

Do conservative people who applaud what’s going on with Twitter at the moment all now agree with his core vision?

Better be careful.
