Typically, that DEEP STATE sponsored FACT CHECK article by Daniel Dale contains a blatant LIE in the very first sentence (copied here):

"On Thursday, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed an elections bill that makes it more difficult to vote."

The correction is simple. The correct statement is as follows:

"On Thursday, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed an elections bill that makes it more difficult to CHEAT."

It looks like that bill does nothing to end the use of RCV-enabled voting machines, mail-in voting, early voting, or ballot harvesting.
