I guess this wouldn't have been this monster's reaction if the restaurant had corn?

I’m missing the logic here. Will shooting the restaurant employee make the missing corn reappear? I think you're hitting on an important point. No, it won't make corn magically appear. But, perps like this of a certain persuasion do not seem to fear retribution anymore because woke society is telling him that he can do no wrong. That spells really bad news for our country as this kind of thinking spreads.

Not applauding the shooting of the poor guy, but this is the funniest thread I have ever read here.

The lives of some people is so empty and miserable, that the trip to the fast food restaurant is the only thing they look forward to.
When that goes wrong, they have lost everything to live for.

A bit of an overreaction, IMHO. It isn’t as if they told the guy they were out of chicken nuggets.

I went to Church’s fried chicken one time and they were out of...chicken. I guess I shoulda just shot the whole place up.

In MBA classes we did stock out lost profit or opportunity cost calculations to see if the cost of inventory spoiling exceeded the costs of not having enough.
Obviously, we never considered that employee injury costs would need to be included in a stock-out calculation.

Or how about that Popeye’s Chicken Sandwich shortage 2 years ago? I drove to every Popeye’s in Montgomery, Alabama and nobody had them.
I almost cleaned my guns in the truck at the drive thru!
