The court acknowledges the "ancient maxim" fraud vitiates everything in their ruling but- they do not use it as a basis for their decision, which was against the plaintiff's preferable outcome, so hitching one's wagon to the Throckmorton case is not the right legal ruling to use to support fraud vitiates everything.

I am just a mild-mannered wartime correspondent hunkered down in a nondescript underground bunker willing to be proven wrong.

So- this begs the question... what IS the right or best case to use to SUPPORT "fraud vitiates everything?" BECAUSE... fraud DOES vitiate everything!

Using Throckmorton is likely a lawfare feint.

My guess is we have massive electronic fraud evidence. A lot of it is out of country. Also ballot tampering of an unknown quantity of ways to mess with a ballot.
Those two issues alone should be enough to vitiate a very fraudulent election in 2020 and likely 2022 as well.
