How tragic.
There is much blood on the hands of the medical profession and there will be an accounting for it someday, although that does not ease the pain of your loss.
My $-i-l who was vaxxed, lost our grandson at 20 gestation. Blood clotting was a factor in that. Of course, the hospital had its own explanations including, sometimes it just happens.
But he is now safe in heaven, never to be harmed by them ever again.
Heartbreaking. So much death and disease around us all. Prayers for you too.
