Contrary to #1’s claim, I have never done as much as 10g in a day, but I have gone to 5 or 6, with remarkable results.
I currently do 1.5 g, once or twice day. I started out on the powder, dissolved in water, but now I just take three 500 mg capsules. I’ll share additional details (hopefully before Festival).
My bad, I thought you’d gone to 10g before. I did, but didn’t notice much difference between that an 3-4g.
