I wonder about the same thing. For the last year I’ve taken all the recommended supplements, plus have had a diet more healthy than during the past 50 years.
The blood panel I had last week was the worst I’ve had in my life! (on the up side, I did lose 20 pounds.)
That’s my story too!! Who do we believe?? I like to think our healthy diets could take care of the vitamins we need but I don’t quite trust myself.
