So, if/when Russia decides to target the source of whatever is coming in their country, will we declare it an un-provoked attack on NATO?

We Americans are very fortunate that Russia is led by Putin instead of a more Soviet style leader. Putin is not vindictive. Any typical Russian leader would have viciously retaliated for our antics to date, especially blowing up the Nord Stream pipelines.
The Russians are blessed with Putin and we are cursed with our demented mummy...:-)
