'Thor' the walrus is found snoozing on a UK beach after last being spotted in Netherlands

A large walrus nicknamed 'Thor' was found resting on a UK beach in a rare sighting over the weekend. 
The marine mammal was discovered on Sunday morning along the shoreline of the Solent on the south coast having travelled from Europe.... 
.... Thor was last spotted in the Netherlands on November 6 and has been travelling along the coast of France as far as Brittany in the last few weeks...

    Last year, it was Wally the Walrus taking about the same route as Thor has been taking, although with better weather than the UK is currently experiencing. Another walrus, Freya, had been happily sinking boats this year in the Netherlands until late Oct, when she was euthanized, allegedly for drawing too much public attention.

    Walrus is found unusually far south. So it must be proof of global cooling.
