Putin had his major colon surgery right after his May 9th Victory Parade so this fall probably messed up some of the previous work.
If that were the case it would be because something “tore.” That stuff is not scheduled…that’s done right away.
I would never wish cancer on anyone. But, if the choice was him or some kid in Ukraine….
