Dr. Biden is ONLY called Dr. because the Skank has a PhD (Piled High and Deep) in EDUCATION. Calling Jilly a Dr. and assuming she has any medical experience is fraudulent. Basically, Dr. Jill is PRACTICING MEDICINE WITHOUT A LICENSE. I believe that’s illegal. Prosecute the Skank!
