Take it up with Joe Biden.

@retailcheapskate can’t read prices on a menu nor work some simple math. Possible Brandon administration pickup.

Five Guys isn’t that great, either.

I have eaten at 5 guys before. I might eat there again cause the food was not bad.
I thought it was overpriced, but if I were somewhere and hungry and saw a choice between mcD or Wendy, Bk or subbyway some other rando places and I was on an expense account sure absolutely.
Maths is Hard, very hard. Alexa how much is my burger meal going to cost with tax?
do I have enough credits ?

Another Gen Z discovering that in the real world you actually have to pay for things. Life is so unfair. No wonder they vote for Biden.
To: grundle
Inflation isn’t as apparent to people who don’t get out much. They’re shocked by reality most of the world lives.
They all probably voted for it too.

It is an expensive to go. While I can go to Burger King and get two meals for about $12, I would pay about $40 if I went to Five Guys.

We’ve got a Five Guys near us. I ate there ONCE, maybe five years ago. The prices were outrageous and the food was only so-so, nothing special.
The strange thing is I didn’t post my experience on social media or make a video complaining about the place. I just made note of it and didn’t go back.

She held the receipt up to the camera. The order total was $70.10, and after a $3.53 tip, came out to $74.10.
"Five Guys" is not a sit down restaurant, no tip is necessary.
All the burgers can come loaded, so they are priced accordingly. The French Fries are overfilled by design, and are also priced accordingly.
Cleanliness, good quality, uniformity, reasonable speed are what they strive for. Something had to give. That something is price.
$70.10/4 = about $17.50 per person.
A Dave's Double Combo at Wendy's is $11.50 in Tempe, AZ. Is Five Guys half again as good as Wendy's? Many people think so.

ENJOY her Five Guys 'Sloppo-Burger' meal?
That's pertinent the question.

To: grundle
Let’s not forget that restaurant meals are usually taxed.

We always have to remember that far too many people believe that it is cool to show how stupid they are to millions of people.
Can’t fix stupid. Just be glad to never be caught doing something stupid and everyone in the world finds out.
