Talking about losing people to mis-use of cell phones
Whatever happened to the Hands-Free equipment? I know texting and browsing is crazy but just answering a call with a headset its not much of a distraction you can keep eyes on the road. So sad.

“Pilot Busy on His Cell Phone Led to Ever Forward’s Grounding” (the one in Chesapeake Bay)
(snip) They (investigators) found that the pilot placed or received five phone calls from his personal cell phone lasting in total approximately 61 minutes of the 126-minute voyage up to the grounding as well as being observed texting and writing an email. The pilot was writing an email when the turn was missed.
