The Senate will advise and consent with confidence, because they have the numbers to be confident.
The Senate 🤡 largely does not care for POTUS and can advise against sending over any nominee just like him, for their consideration.
I believe that is how he got saddled with Pious Pence, the potted plant and chief head nodder, until he defied the Constitution and kilt the king himself on j6.

I’m guessing, that should he be elected again, Pres. Trump will have even more people against his appointees (Think Lisa,Mitt, and Susan) so I’m guessing he’d do the same thing he did before...appoint “acting heads” sec of blah,blah,blah.
