That frame is from a bit later in the walk out of the casino. The beginning showed a startled prince being held by the arms and everyone moving very fast, nobody smiling and no other patrons with their arms up. As the rescue team moved through the casino with MbS, all the patrons were told to get their arms up because the guards didn’t know who the assassins were.
MBS and Trump have a solid alliance last I Heard.Two of the smartest guys on the block. MBS is good enough to juggle the several worlds he has to deal in and do it with brilliant moves most of the time. He and Trump are a powerful team.
