Another update by MickyD on the ground in Brazil. Go to the 4 minute mark or so. No one is sure what will happen but he seems to indicate that next week, Article 142 may be invoked. There is still a lot of military movement there, etc. As Bolsonaro said today though: "I will do always the correct thing, apart of my adversaries.
Everything has a correct timing, if all goes well and God help us we will fix everything at the right moment."
