He is freaking giddy and *still* tries to drag me to my death, with only 3 legs.
Somehow, he has resumed his crazy “twirling” again and that drives me nuts...and often I get caught in his “whirlwind” and thrown into a wall.
How can he be “terminal” and *still* be so wildly happy and active??
I keep hoping it’s a good sign.
I cried because you said I was needed here.
In my real life, only my dogs really need me.
My 1st Dobie- Fat’s Domino aka Fat Dog had incredible aim with small objects. At the Bank one day while getting the Change Fund Fats is in the back seat with the window down and He’s chomping on a round bone from a slice of Country Ham. Now the Bank run is a 6 day a week thing that includes a Biscuit Treat from the Teller. The routine is We pull up to the Teller Drawer send the Bank Bag in, theTeller talks to Fats and puts a Treat in the drawer and sends it out while filling the Change Fund. That day We had a Rookie Teller...
Fats has been chomping on his bone and he stops chomping on the bone, I look in the mirror and he’s sitting there with the bone hooked on a tooth. I’m thinking this isn’t going well. At that second He snapped his head to the left and flung that bone into the glass at head level on the rookie teller!!!
All the Bank regulars busted out laughing!!! They then informed the rookie of the “Fat’s Procedure” Bag in drawer, ask Fat’s how He is and would He like a Treat, then send it out.
Of course the Bone went under the car so We had to pull forward so I could get out and retrieve it before we left.
So load up Da’ Pup and go to all the banks/pharmacy and any other drive through windows and make a day of it.
Tell them the story of what’s going on and see what happens.
Prayers done for You and Hrafi.
If He’s not hurting then go play with Him !!!
Love Y’All
