My buddy had suspected that the two actors were confidential informants for the Keller, Texas PD and the ADA said she couldn’t comment when I asked her.

I believe that the detectives did not want to lose their CI’s.

That’s awful. They should have been booted from the force. I’ve seen police want to protect informants, but never in a murder. And I will say, I’ve even seen private investigations solve cases. But not when they publically air everything they have uncovered. That is just way counter productive.
