Just think long before Madden Football and so forth, we had Pele endorse a soccer game for the old Atari 2600 aka VCS in 1981.

IN the early 1980's, soccer was all the rage in high schools and the major leagues, we had the Pittsburgh Spirit and in my high school class of 1985, we had the Parade Magazine 1984's #1 high school soccer player in the United States. Pele along with the British team at Arsenal were way at the top of the idol list.
