That's because it isn't. It's just MacGregor rescheduling, for the sixth or seventh time, his prediction of the impending doom of Ukraine.

And this claim is obviously as bogus as the last ones. Even if the Russians actually had the forces he claims, the logistics of supporting an army that size for a winter offensive in particular are massive. The road networks won't support it because 1) Western artillery has made it difficult for the Russians to maintain forward supply depots, and 2) the Russians don't control enough critical road intersections to keep enough supplies flowing to that many troops in a broad offensive. Just not going to happen.
