We’ve spent about a percent of our defense budget. It’s not like we are selling our jewelry to pay for groceries.
Is that the best you can come up with to validate the continued spending of US taxpayer dollars to a blackhole House of Cards? Really?
Do not let your eyes become blurred by shiny objects. Our nation adds a trillion and more in essentially CREDIT CARD spending to the national debt each year. Currently the national debt officially tops $32,000,000,000,000.
"It's not like we are selling our jewelry to pay for groceries," because we are spending our children's' and grandchildren's' money at this point.
So wha does that tell you about our boated defense budget? Where is the money going to come from?
I’ve got an idea. Let’s cut social security for our retirees to pay for this.
