One of which, Kacper-Krysztof Zydron, told the hearing how he had experienced a similar spider bite just two months prior.

Sounds like something out of "The Outer Limits."

"Children of Spider County," anyone?

Regards,

What kind of spider?

The "brown recluse" in the United States would cause that sort of wound.

...days earlier the promising second year university student had told a friend he was feeling unwell after being bitten by a spider...

Where does the "suddenly" come into play?

Black Widows are very common here in Southern Arizona, I dealt with them for years as a service tech. I was bitten once and it was pretty painful.
After that I made sure to have a can of WD40 at the ready when I opened an equipment housing.
I think they breath thru their skin, the oil coating on the skin kills them muy pronto.

I’ve got a friend from Hull. Also The Who’s Live at Leeds was supposed to be Who at Hull but the Hull tape had problems, Leeds was the “insurance” show. That’s everything I know about Hull. Oh, and apparently killer spiders.

I don’t think they have recluses in the UK. Maybe a wolf spider. It was probably the jab.
