I hope all the men (?) on the men’s team declare they are “trans” and join the womens’ team. They won’t have to do anything but will still be paid royally.

This will have the same effect as welfare. Women players get paid more for doing nothing, men players think “why should I try hard when half of it goes to someone else?”. They may as well go full communist, if you’re a successful player, you enjoy some luxuries, and if not, a forced labor camp.
