This is interesting stuff, presumably if the universe is indeed a hologram then it's seems unlikely that it could be created without some intelligent force behind it.
One could look at the scattering of planets and galaxies and say it's random, but I think that concept goes out the window when contemplating a holographic projection.
Random but with a natural order. Wouldn’t that be called physics?
