Have a neighbor who is a step-dad. 21 year-old step-daughter mentioned trans something to him and he said, “That’s a mental illness.” She told him he’s a horrible person and she doesn’t speak to him now even though he pays for everything she has including housing as Mom doesn’t work and step-daughter doesn’t either.
