Military in general yes. Naval Academy is still getting 35,000 applications for a little over 1000 applicants accepted. Not hurting in anyway.

West Point and Annapolis are not having trouble filling slots. Even if they got down to the 4th or 5th choices they would still get better students than any university in the nation.
Air Force? Learning how to dance in heels is tough.
