Mr. Z, first win the war before you ask for re-construction. All the news says that Ruzzia is on the brink of failure and surrender to the brave Ukraine Army—with Donbass ready to fall and Crimea ready to surrender to the victorious legions of Democracy armed with advanced American lasers and light sabers. How can Russia win? IMPOSSIBLE!
I don’t think we should be giving them ANY taxpayer money, and anything that goes to them from America should be from private individuals or non-govermental entities.
Doesn’t mean I support Russia or their invasion. Not our issue. Let the Europeans send money and arms to Ukraine if they feel threatened.
