The real censorship to me is when an entity holds itself out as a media platform for all comers and you say something that is offensive and many would consider insensitive and the platform deletes it and bans you. Newspapers are not platforms
for all comers. They have limited space and I would expect that they would exercise their discretion in what will be published there. However, because they may not like what you wrote one time, that should not foreclose your less insensitive rantings from being considered in the future.
She embraced acting, as many who are exposed to trauma do as a means of escaping their horrific situations. She apparently self-medicated as many child trauma victims also do.
Her death is more a reflection of the failure of others than of her own. She was a damaged as a child and didn't deserve what was done to her. Her tragic inability to overcome it is not something to fault her for. She tried; many don't, shutting down that voice deep down telling themselves there's something wrong.

I lost my brother, father, and mother to their drug addictions. And they got what they deserved.
It is not nice to say that. But it is true. They were not victims of anyone or anything but their own stupid and selfish choices.
And I have no problem whatsoever with you saying what you said about Anne Heche because it is true. And more people should hold these fools to account for their actions instead of coddling and enabling them.
The media usually publishes stories when a media personality dies. They basically ignored her. I would have thought they could have had some compassion for her, but they didn’t. She was obviously unable to cope. A little compassion here wouldn’t hurt.

Her death was a result of poor life style choices. I wish she was not killed by such. She sure as hell did not deserve to be burned alive.

I beat you by years. They banned me for life, well over 4 years ago because I offered documented historical facts that snowflakes didn’t like. I used no slurs, no name calling, no threats of violence, nothing offensive, just simple, provable facts, and they couldn’t handle it.
She was one of many liberals I disliked...I would never wish death on her!!!
